Woven Micro Plush Elastic
Woven micro plush elastic is manufactured via the process of weaving instead of crochet. Weaving creates a double ribbed elastic which makes the elastic stronger. This results in a higher quality product. The elastic is plush on both sides so this provides a soft feel against the skin. The elastic then feels very comfortable as a waist band for underwear or sportswear. This elastic can be manufactured in plain colours or printed on for a unique custom product. We offer woven micro plush elastic in 20mm, 25mm and 35mm widths. The above picture of the ‘scollie onnie’ is a 35mm with a print which was used as in a men’s underwear band. Our minimum order quantity for a plain black or white is 1 box of +-300m and for custom prints 1000m.
